MISSION STATEMENT
To introduce the Good News of Jesus Christ to those unfamiliar with the Catholic Faith, to nourish the Faith in present members, and to reach out to those that have become lukewarm or fallen away.

One Year Objectives
• Plan an annual potluck in January to welcome new parishioners inform them of Parish opportunities and determine any RCIA candidates
• Explore the possibility of implementing a welcoming program that goes door-to-door for those Christians who are new to St. Wenceslaus
• Get in touch with those not attending church
• Begin a Parish Library
• Support a person financially and with prayers in becoming a priest or religious
• Begin prayer for vocations at each mass
• Sponsor retreats and Days of Recollection

Three Year Plan
• Explore with Finance and Parish Councils' support, sponsoring two parishioners to attend St. Ambrose's Lay Minister classes.
• Develop a 'religious life' group to gather and distribute information regarding religious life opportunities available for all ages.
