One Year Objectives

Complete a thorough inventory of all church property emphasizing maintenance
requirements.

Develop schedule for maintenance repairs of all church property.

Assign responsibility and a contact person for completion of repairs.

Develop a lawn/landscaping plan involving a rotation schedule of parishioners.

Oversee the existing church cleaning program and coordinate with Altar and
Rosary, for altar cleaning.

Evaluate existing church sound system and recommend to Finance Council scope
of repairs, replacement needs, and perspective repairs companies.

Re-stripe west parking lot by November 1998. (COMPLETED)

Follow-up on roof (and other if needed) insurance claims ensuring that all
repairs and claims are appropriately handled.

Continue altar linen cleaning and maintenance program.

Staff, with interested parishioners, the hospitality services sub-committee
and coordinator with parish leadership.

Three Year Plan

Re-evaluate need for further repairs (if needed) on church roof

Coordinate with Finance Council a better prognostic "tool" to predict parish
physical structure repair needs.

Evaluate the need for parish organ and piano tuning, (every 2-3) years.

Re-evaluate the parish newsletter and re-instate if needed. (COMPLETED)

Evaluate need for parish volunteer program to care for lawns and snow removal
on a rotating basis.
Five Year Plan

Evaluate the structural "well-being" of parish buildings and need(s) for
major renovation(s).

Evaluate the parish bell system to improve its effectiveness.

Explore feasibility of sharing, major, regular maintenance duties (lawn care.
etc.) with other parishes to consolidate manpower.

Appoint an Annual Diocesan Appeal coordinator to work with Finance Council
on the Annual Diocesan Appeal program.

Evaluate and replace, as needed all parish linens, vestments and other such
materials.
